The Business Continuity Management track covers how to build a business continuity program based on the most up to the minute information and the most utilized and time-tested standard in the field.
This track will also equip participants with the necessary knowledge and skills for the Disaster Recovery Institute’s (DRI’s) Qualifying Exam.
Instruction includes all Professional Practices, including new and expanded coverage of cloud computing, cyber threats, supply chain, risk transfer, insurance considerations, legal and regulatory requirements, and manufacturing processes, as well as more traditional topics such as evaluating risks, gaining leadership buy in, crisis communications, and program audit.
The nature of the track ensures that participants gain a firm foundation for a business continuity program specific to any entity in the business & technology-related fields.
