National Capacities Building

Helping national ecosystems respond to and manage the digital transformation process requires a new approach to building capacity. The objectives of this advanced capacity building approach go beyond producing the traditional technically capable resources to also include the formation of a homogeneous, integrated  world-class professional community; with calibers of common understandings, expectations and capabilities of various specialties that serves for building national capacities gaps and future resources exportation.
